Crystal Fletcher wears many hats including REALTOR©️, Environmental Professional, coffee lover, wife & mom! Her kids and her Labradors are her heart! She enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, yoga & watching her husband & son race!

On Friday nights you’ll find her watching her daughter cheer for the AHS Mustangs 💛🖤

Leticia Davila

Leticia Davila has been working with animals since she was 17 years old. She started at a vet clinic in Fort Worth and absolutely loved her job as a kennel tech and ended up working the doggy daycare program. Her love for animals has always been strong and I have always had fur babies of her own.

She is a full time Real estate agent but she loves to volunteer her free time with rescues and helping save abandoned and displaced animals.

Jenny Clevenger

Jenny's love for working with and helping animals has been a lifelong passion. Many years of working with local animal shelters, rescue groups, and connecting people with resources has been an important part of her life.

Jenny has two grown children as well as two bonus children and four fur babies. She currently works in an elementary school with Special Education students and serves on the Board of Directors for Happy Tails Animal Advocacy Group.

Michael Rosales

Michael began his work in the nonprofit sector when he stepped into the Volunteer Coordinator role for Keep Andrews Beautiful in 2018. Michael has always loved animals, but his love for animal advocacy began when directing the Andrews VIP. The Paws program (Protecting Animals Welfare & safety), which works closely with the Andrews Animal Shelter, is a program under the Andrews VIP. Michael has been married to his lovely wife, Shanna, since June 13, 2009. They have two beautiful and talented children, Sophie and Max. They enjoy hanging out at the house, going on trips, and hanging out with friends and family. Michael also serves as Worship Pastor at the City of Refuge Church and enjoys playing guitar, reading, writing, and studying the Bible in what little spare time he has. They added Sammy to their family on January 31, 2022. He is a Border collie/Lab mix and absolutely loves to play fetch and catch frisbees. He is spoiled rotten and takes turns sleeping in the kids room each night.

Dustie Sandell

Dustie was born in Colorado, but raised in Andrews, her life being ingrained within the people and places in the town. She grew up with animals of her own, always having a pet at her side. Once she was older, she adopted a dog of her own, Cedric. The blue nose Pitbull was adopted through Andrews Animal Shelter, and it was there that she got reconnected with her love for animals.

It is through Andrews, Happy Tails, and the animal shelter that Dustie feels connected with her true passion and her love for animals.

HTAAG Story

When some PAWS volunteers wanted to do more for the welfare of animals in Andrews beyond what the PAWS program offered, the inspiration for Happy Tails was born.

The volunteers recognized that there is a need in our community for MORE! More outreach, more support & more animal education!
